About the Artist

Despite the alias Nameless Glass I do have a name and that’s Dave Wade. I was born in 1990 in MD and spent the first 18 years of my life mostly in that area. Went to college at WVU in Morgantown WV and Graduated in 2012. After which I was trying to figure out what to do next and between childhood memories of the Renaissance fair and the urging of a few friends I chose the try blowing glass and loved it. 

      Once that was decided I found the closest city with good weather that had a lot of artists which was Asheville, NC. I hit artists up on Facebook until I found a place to work and learn and then worked for several companies including joint forces and Moocah Glass doing pretty much every job in the pipe glass industry. After years of working with Moocah I decided to start my own shop during the pandemic and now my goal is to open a studio where I can teach and to expand my beekeeping business!
